Within 48 hours you have a price and a timeline. Nothing moves until you are happy with both.

Approve the mock-up
We send a digital mock-up of your logo on the bag, then a photo of the real stitching or print before we run the full order.

Made and shipped
Production takes about three weeks. We ship to your office or straight to each person’s door.
Your logo, embroidered
Thread sits slightly raised on the fabric, so the logo reads as part of the bag rather than something added to it. You see it stitched on the real material before we run the order.

Getting started
What is the minimum order?
25 bags per style. Smaller orders are sometimes possible, so it is always worth asking.
Can I see it before it is made?
Yes, twice. You approve a digital mock-up before anything is made, then a photo of your logo stitched on the real material. Every bag is made to order, so we do not usually send physical samples, but ask if you need one. To feel the quality first, order one bag from the website.
Will the bag carry only our logo?
Your logo goes alongside ours. Troubadour branding stays on every piece, so the gift reflects both brands.
Can you make something bespoke?
Yes. Beyond embroidery and print we develop bespoke designs from your brief. It is a longer road, with design costs and a six to eight month lead time, so start early.
Placing your order
How long will it take?
Most orders take four to six weeks. The clock starts when we have four things: full payment, a vector file of your logo, final recipient details and your approval of the design. Expect a quote within 48 hours. If your date is tight, ask and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
How do we pay?
Card or bank transfer (ACH in the US), in advance. Production starts when payment lands.
How do reorders work?
Faster. Reorders skip the mock-up and approval steps, so they often beat four to six weeks. We send a current quote, and payment is due upfront as usual.
Customising
What are the logo requirements?
A vector file (.pdf, .ai or .eps) is best; .png, .jpg or .psd will do if that is what you have. Logos can be up to 4 inches wide on most products and 60 mm on the Apex Slim, with lines at least 2 mm thick. We review your file and flag anything before production.
Can we change the logo after approving?
Changes after approval, to the logo or where it sits, restart the four to six weeks from the day you confirm them, and a change fee may apply.
Shipping and guarantee
Can you ship to each person directly?
Yes, to up to 50 addresses per order, whether employees, clients or offices, with a small fee per extra address. Addresses are locked once the order is submitted, so confirm recipient details first. Need more than 50? Ask.
Where do orders ship from?
We ship within the US and the UK. US orders leave our New Jersey warehouse and UK orders leave Leeds.
Can we cancel or return?
Each piece is made for you, so personalised and bulk orders are final once we send your order confirmation. That is why we take care to get the mock-up right first.
Are custom products covered by the guarantee?
Yes. Every piece carries our five-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Eligible items are repaired, or replaced with a non-customised version.
